In particular, Faros hereby does not make any explicit or implicit representation, nor does Faros give any warranty of any kind:

This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to any kind of damage including, though not limited to, repair damage, direct or indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and third party claims.


4. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT

The aforementioned conditions and guidelines are governed by Belgian law. The courts of Brussels (Dutch chambers) have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or related to the above conditions and guidelines, both in relation to the existence, validity or enforceability thereof in so far such dispute, controversy or claim cannot be brought to an end in an amicable way.
