Faros in conversation with Peter Berghmans (DPO), David Stevens (first chairman GBA) and Anne-Marie Witters (chairman Market Court).

During this seminar, the Faros data protection team will talk with leading players in the application and enforcement of the GDPR. We speak with Peter Berghmans (DPO Institute) about the challenges DPOs face in implementing the GDPR. David Stevens, the first president of the GBA, gives an insight into procedures before the GBA. Finally, Anne-Marie Witters (chair of the Market Court) talks about appeals before the Market Court. We will conclude with a reception. This event will take place in Dutch.

Practical information:

Parking: It is possible to park for free in the car park of the Park Inn hotel. You should enter the following address in your GPS to reach the car park: Culliganlaan 1, 1831 Diegem. Normally the car park barrier will be open. In that case you can simply drive in. If the barrier is closed, you will need to take a ticket. This ticket must be validated at reception when you leave. You don't need to pay the parking ticket. In the car park, please only use the spaces with a 'Park Inn' sign (please note: this sign hangs high above the car park).
