Karolien and Sofie were invited to Ghent University to provide students with insights into the practical considerations and the impact of competition law in the context of negotiating and closing corporate transactions. During their joint presentation, they also discussed the economic aspects of merger notifications.

The students were very enthusiastic and showed great interest in the problem areas identified by Karolien and Sofie.
