Karolien Francken and Alexander Vanhove represented Faros at Gondola Academy’s annual Sales & Nego Summit, where professionals from the retail and FMCG sectors come together to discuss sales and negotiations.
During a series of speed-dating sessions, various companies joined them to ask questions about compliance. Short but sweet: a few minutes to get to know one another, put a specific challenge on the table and exchange ideas straight away.
From one compliance question to the next, with a new discussion partner at the table each time. A great format that led to interesting conversations, new connections and a good insight into what’s happening in the market. It also gave us an immediate insight into the themes and trends that are set to gain importance in the coming period.
In addition, Karolien and Alexander took the floor with a presentation on the key takeaways regarding negotiations, sharing their most important insights and points of attention with those present.
