Maaike Visser and Karolien Francken gave a guest lecture in Professor Renzo van der Bruggen’s course on ‘Commercial contract law’ (‘Handelscontractenrecht) at the University of Ghent.
Maaike and Karolien discussed competition law and its practical implications for commercial contracts. They brought the subject to life through Faros' signature out-of-the-box competition compliance training, laced with practical examples, interaction and innovative video materials.
It was a great opportunity to introduce students to one of Faros' niche practices. Maaike and Karolien really enjoyed meeting the students.
