Natacha Neeffs

Experience

Natacha studied Orthopedagogy and Management at Karel De Grote Hogeschool in Antwerp. After some years in the daycare business, she changed careers by going into the telecom world. At Orange Belgium, Natacha began working for customer service, moved to the credit control and collection department and finished her way up as Commercial Incentive Analyst for the financial department. She joined the Faros team in 2022 as Office Manager. Since August 2025, Natacha has taken on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), overseeing day-to-day operations, internal coordination and financial matters. In this role, she continues to help both the Faros team and its clients grow and thrive.

Specialisation

Natacha has five kids and decided that, after 10 years at Orange Belgium, it was time to make another big move and do what she likes best: taking care of people. As the Office Manager of Faros, she ensures that Faros is a great place to work, and makes our clients feel welcome.
