We are a new law firm, Faros, based in Machelen (Diegem). Our 11-member team is looking for a team assistant to provide administrative support and welcome clients, helping to build a fantastic story in which we are moving beacons together. Job description

Your responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming clients.
  • Following up on telephones and correspondence.
  • Organizing internal/external meetings. Mailbox and calendar management.
  • Assisting with word processing, and preparing presentations.
  • Assisting Office Manager in various projects.

Employment type: Fulltime 39h/week.

What we are looking for

  • You are organisationally strong, can prioritize and work with deadlines.
  • You can work independently with an eye for teamwork.
  • You are enterprising, accurate and positive.
  • You have strong communication skills.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and English and a good knowledge of French.
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Work experience as an administrative assistant/receptionist is a plus but not a requirement.
